The High Court (Mr Justice Linden) is hearing a judicial review challenge to a policy of the well-known Michaela School in the London Borough of Brent to prohibit prayer rituals. The policy is argued to be contrary to the Human Rights Act 1998 and the Equality Act 2010. The case is being widely covered across the media and is expected to conclude today.
