The Court of Appeal (the Master of the Rolls, Richards and Underhill LJJ) has given judgment on the appeal brought by the Project Management Institute (“PMI”) in relation to a decision by a committee of Privy Counsellors to recommend the grant of a Royal Charter to the Association for Project Management (“APM”). The Court concluded that the committee’s decision was lawful.
