Permission to apply for judicial review has been refused in a case against Devon County Council and the Governing Body of Pathfield School over the relocation of a specialist unit to the School’s nearby main site. There was no alteration that required statutory or other consultation. There was no breach of the PSED. There was no infringement of human rights. The School was not arguably required to seek to extend the lease of the site of the unit when the lease expired.
