The Cambridge Taxi Drivers Association lodged an application for permission to apply for judicial review against South Cambridgeshire District Council’s policy requiring CCTV in all licensed hackney carriage and private hire vehicles, and its refusal to delay implementation of the policy.

Sir Ross Cranston sitting as a High Court judge refused the application for permission to apply for judicial review.
