‘The blue-chip, go-to public law set for local authorities’ Legal 500 2022, Local Government
This year our Local Authority Conference will be held online. Our specialist barristers will present a series of morning webinars held over the course of four weeks between the 1st of November and the 3rd of December 2021. This year’s topics include:
Updates on judicial review, information law, community care, education law and procurement and state aid; councillor misconduct; the relevance of public health in licensing; the socio-economic duty under s1 of the Equality Act 2010 and The Localism Act 2011 ten years on.
Sessions are scheduled to allow flexibility between training and work commitments. Some sessions are relevant to England only, some to Wales only, and some relevant to both.
