Zoom Webinar

You are warmly invited to a joint webinar hosted by Al-Ansari & Associates and 11KBW, on the topic of succeeding in cases brought in the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre.

Touching on each of the stages of litigation in the QICDRC, the speakers will provide practical tips for success in the common-law style courts – from the pleadings through disclosure and witness statements, to trial, costs, enforcement and appeals.

The seminar is designed to be accessible to in-house counsel and litigators who primarily appear in the Qatari on-shore courts and in arbitral proceedings, as well as being informative for practitioners more familiar with other common-law-style jurisdictions in the Middle East.
