The King (on the application of the Independent Workers Union of Great Britain) v (i) Central Arbitration Committee, (ii) Roofoods Limited (t/a Deliveroo). This case goes before the Supreme Court in April, with Christopher Jeans KC, Tom Cross and Raphael Hogarth appearing for the Respondent, Roofood Limited (t/a Deliveroo). Daniel Stilitz KC and Stephen Kosmin have also been instructed to Intervene on behalf of the Department for Business
The Rwanda appeal – AAA and others -v- Secretary of State for the Home Department. This is a massive case, going before the Court of Appeal in April/May, involving top names at the Bar. Christopher Knight joins a group of distinguished barristers appearing for the claimants in the first five proceedings, five asylum seekers, the Public Services Union and others.
