We are very pleased to announce that Jason Coppel KC, Jonathan Moffett KC, Aileen McColgan KC, Joanne Clement KC, Tom Cross, Zoe Gannon, Daniel Isenberg and Ben Mitchell have been appointed to the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC)’s Panel of Counsel from 2024 to 2028. Jason, Jonathan, Aileen and Joanne have been appointed to the KC Panel, Tom has been appointed to the A Panel and Zoe, Daniel and Ben have been appointed to the B Panel.
Counsel were appointed following an open and transparent competition. The panel will provide advice and representation to support the EHRC’s legal and enforcement work in the British and European courts.
