Christopher Knight appeared on BBC World to discuss the ground-breaking decision of the CJEU in Case C-362/14 Schrems v Data Protection Commissioner (judgment of 6 October 2015) which invalidated the Safe Harbour route permitting transfers of personal data out of the EU to the USA.
