Chambers is pleased to announce that David Bedenham has been appointed to the Sport Resolutions’ Panel of Arbitrators and to the National Safeguarding Panel for a 3 year term commencing April 2021.
Sports Resolution provides arbitration, appeals, investigation, and mediation services to National Governing Bodies and other sports stakeholders.
David has a significant dispute resolution and investigations practice. Between 2016 and 2021, David assisted Clive Sheldon KC in conducting the Independent Review into Child Sexual Abuse in Football which was published on 17 March 2021.
